Terms of Service

By accessing or using NextBoost PRO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

NextBoost PRO is a Windows performance optimization software. The software is sold as an annual license, granting access for 12 months from the activation date.

• The software is provided as-is, with updates included during the license period
• Features may change with updates, with no prior notice required
• Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• One license per account; sharing accounts is prohibited
• You must provide accurate information during registration

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Coupons are valid for a limited time and subject to availability
• Each coupon may be used once per account, unless stated otherwise
• Coupons are not cumulative and have no cash value
• The license is activated after payment confirmation by Stripe

• Within 7 calendar days of purchase — full refund guaranteed
• After 7 days — individual analysis upon request with justification
• Refunds processed within 10 business days via Stripe

To request a refund, contact support with your purchase ID.

Upon subscription, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on 1 Windows device.

• Prohibited: sharing, selling, or redistributing the license
• Prohibited: reverse engineering or modifying the software
• Prohibited: using for illegal or harmful purposes
• The license expires at the end of the annual contracted period

We may suspend accounts that use the license on more than 1 device, attempt to circumvent the licensing system, file unauthorized chargebacks, or violate these Terms. In cases of violation, no proportional refund will be issued.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. International users agree that disputes will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction where the service is operated. For EU users, GDPR protections apply.
