NextBoost PRO is a Windows performance optimization software operated independently at nextboost.pro.

This policy describes how we collect and protect your data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR where relevant.

• Name and email — provided via Google OAuth login
• Profile photo — from your Google account, used only in the dashboard
• Unique UID — identifier generated by Firebase
• Subscription status — active/inactive premium and expiration date
• Payment data — processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• License key — generated internally after approved payment

• Authenticate your account and ensure secure dashboard access
• Verify and activate your PRO license in the desktop app
• Process and confirm payments via Stripe
• Send service-related confirmations (no spam)
• Manage annual license expiration and renewal

We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

• Google Firebase — authentication and real-time database
• Supabase — payment record storage
• Stripe — secure payment processing
• Hostinger — website hosting
• geojs.io — IP-based country detection for language routing (no data stored)

• HTTPS/TLS encryption on all requests
• Firebase Auth with JWT tokens
• API keys never exposed on the frontend
• Payment data processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI-compliant)

• Request correction of incorrect data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Data portability upon request

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Firebase Auth uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or behavioral tracking tool.

• Firebase account deleted within 7 business days upon request
• Payment records retained for 5 years (legal requirement)
• All other data permanently deleted
